We use a pay-as-you-bid model with two components: (1) a once-off setup fee based on bid complexity and timeline, covering document prep, writing, design, and submission support; and (2) a success fee of 2–5% on awarded contracts only. If you don't win, no success fee is due.

We monitor expiry dates, handle renewals, and ensure you're always bid-ready. Packages are priced separately based on your business size and compliance requirements.
Timeline depends on RFP complexity and your deadline. For standard tenders with 3–4 weeks' notice, we typically need 2–3 weeks for full preparation. For urgent submissions (1–2 weeks), we can expedite with additional resources. We always work backward from your submission deadline to ensure on-time delivery.

This service is arranged during scoping and can be included in your setup fee or billed separately. Travel and venue costs (if required) are billed at cost.
